Selection Rounds' Introduction
The Selection Rounds consists of Oral Rounds and an International Written Round.
The Oral Rounds
The Oral Rounds take the form of Regional Rounds, being either ELSA or non-ELSA Regional Rounds. The Regional Round is the round aimed at determining teams qualified for the Final Oral Round of the EMC².
International Written Round
The Written Round of the EMC² serves to select teams for the Final Oral Round where the selection through an Oral Round shall not apply.
ELSA National Rounds
ELSA International allows ELSA National Groups to organise National Rounds of the EMC². The winning teams of the ELSA National Rounds have to participate in ELSA Regional Rounds to have the possibility to qualify for the Final Oral Round of the EMC².

Regional Round

Argentina, Bahamas Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Hati, Honduras, Jamaica, México, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Republica Dominicana, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago Uruguay, Venezuela, and other countries that are part of the so called Latin America and the Caribbean, the governments of which are Members or Observers of the WTO.
