At the close of Team Registrations in December 2009, less than the minimun six required teams had registered for the Pacific Pacific Regional Round. ELSA International, in keeping with the agreement entered into with its Pacific Regional Round Organiser - Institute of International Trade, have converted the 'oral' Regional Round into the Pacific 'Written' Regional Round. The team deemed with the highest Overall Written Submission score will proceed to the Final Oral Round in Santo Domingo.
