Fee Information for 8th edition of EMC² 2009-2010

A team wishing to register in the 2009-2010 EMC² competition is required to a Team Registration Fee and where entering via a Regional Oral Round, is also required to pay a participation Fee.

To ascertain which fee is applicable to your team please review Rule 2.1.4 Countries List for Selection Rounds of the EMC² Rules.
 

Once you have ascertained which Selection Round is applicable to your country, you are required to complete the electronic Team Registration Form and are also required to pay directly to ELSA International one of the following Team Registration Fees, by the deadline date listed in Appendix A – Competition Timeline (Monday, 7^th December 2009):

1) ELSA Regional Round Team Registration Fee (per Rule 4.1.1.1)
– 250 Euro per team

2) Non-ELSA Regional Round Team Registration Fee (per Rule 4.1.1.3)
– 300 Euro per team

3) International Written Round Team Registration Fee (per Rule 4.1.1.5)
– 400 Euro per team 

Each team registering for the EMC² must transfer the Team Registration Fee directly to ELSA International. Please note that any financial services transfer fees incurred are in addition to the Team Registration Fees and must be paid by the Team. 

Please note: It will not be given any waivers for registration nor participation fee. This policy is consistently applied globally by all the EMC² Organisers (i.e. both ELSA and non-ELSA Regional Round Organisers). Neither ELSA nor the Regional Round Organisers can afford to give waivers or reduce the published Team Registration Fee and/or Team Participation Fee.
