The Academic Program for the EMC2 FOR 2009-2010 shall in no way contradict the Timeline (Appendix C) for the EMC2 2009-2010 as annexed to the Rules or the Organisational Timeline for the EMC2 2009-2010. The Venue for the entire event is Hotel Clarion Santo Domingo; if a different location is required it will be noticed or it will be indicated in the Academic Program and shall be as follows:
