On the 5th of May 2007 in Room W, at the WTO headquarters in Geneva, the final mooting battle took place between University of Melbourne School of Law, Australia and University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
The Grand Final Panel composed of following the WTO Law experts: Dr. Gabrielle Marceau, Dr. Werner Zdouc, Mrs. Jayashree Watal, Prof. Mary Footer, Mr. Todd Friedbacher, Mr. Serge Pannatier and Ms. Eugenia Laurenza announced their decision – the team from University of Melbourne School of Law won the Fifth Edition of the ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law.
